Is there really a free tier?
Yes. The Builder plan is free forever with 10,000 API calls per month. No credit card required. Build and test your agent without any commitment.
What counts as an API call?
Every request to the Podium API counts as one call: product search, enrichment, memory operations, recommendations. Webhook deliveries do not count.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can arrange invoicing.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
We won't cut you off mid-request. You'll get a notification and the option to upgrade. Repeated overages may trigger soft rate limiting.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes. Annual plans save roughly 17% compared to monthly billing. Toggle to annual pricing above to see the discounted rates.
What about Machine Payments (x402)?
On-chain settlement via USDC is available on all plans. Gas fees and settlement charges are separate from your API usage.
